What to include

- A source or public record that supports the requested correction, if available
How reports are handled
We review reports in good faith, verify the relevant source when possible, and correct, clarify, remove, or annotate content when warranted. We do not promise a particular outcome or timeline, and we may not publish private or sensitive information supplied in a report.
